STAR SAAS Full-Stack Cross-Border Payment Solution

STAR SAAS Full-Stack Cross-Border Payment Solution

For cross-border businesses, companies often face two core questions at the same time: how to efficiently collect money globally, and how to flexibly manage global spending. Around these two needs, STAR SAAS has built two independent yet mutually coordinated products—Paygate Payment Gateway and VccHub Corporate Card SaaS.

I. Paygate Payment Gateway: One Integration, Collect Globally

STAR SAAS builds Payment Infrastructure, providing gateway, intelligent routing, risk control, and clearing and settlement capabilities, enabling merchants to directly connect to global channels with their own entity—what we deliver is a "capability foundation."

Paygate is not a single acquiring channel, but a payment gateway and resource integration platform for cross-border enterprises. Through a unified technical interface, it connects multiple payment channels, card networks, digital wallets, and local payment methods.

How does a cross-border transaction go through? From consumer order placement, merchant API call, gateway intelligent routing, to channel processing, result return, and automatic clearing and settlement—a six-stage pipeline. Intelligent routing + 3DS risk control act as the "dispatcher" in the middle: high-risk transactions are blocked, low-risk ones pass instantly.

Six major international card networks—Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Discover, and Diners—plus Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and global local payment methods (APMs). However customers prefer to pay, Paygate can handle it.

II. VccHub Corporate Card SaaS: Flexible Card Issuance, Covering Global Corporate Spending Scenarios

If Paygate is the "hand that collects money," then VccHub is the "hand that pays money." Three-layer architecture, with clear rights and responsibilities:

Card issuance and use are completed in five steps, from "wanting to pay" to "being able to pay" in less than a minute:

III. Two Engines · One Closed Loop: Connecting Collection and Payment into One Account

Paygate solves "how to collect," VccHub solves "how to pay," and STAR SAAS connects the two into a complete set of cross-border payment capabilities.

Enterprises can manage global collection, fund retention, and corporate spending under the same platform system, reducing the complexity of repeatedly switching between multiple systems, multiple accounts, and multiple service providers.

Money collected by Paygate goes into the VccHub wallet → Cards issued by VccHub reconcile back through Paygate

In one sentence: for "collection," choose Paygate; for "payment," choose VccHub; for both—this is the "one-stop" STAR SAAS offers to cross-border merchants.

IV. How Long to Get Started? As Fast as 14–20 Business Days

For white-label payment gateway business clients, the onboarding cycle is generally within one week, or two to three days if fast, including merchant application, domain registration, domain resolution, logo design and production, contract signing, system deployment, etc.

For the target merchants of white-label payment gateway clients, the onboarding cycle follows a six-stage standardized integration process, expected to complete the relevant integration process in 14–20 business days: Leads → KYC → Risk/AML → UAT → Contract → Go Live. With standard APIs (environment configuration → integration → testing → reporting), it is developer-friendly.

Note: If there are channel review differences, the actual launch cycle depends on the merchant's business type, completeness of materials, and channel review status.
